Cycling in Toronto (a reference guide)

Posted by Derek Flack / April 7, 2011

Cycling in TorontoCycling in Toronto is something that we here at blogTO spend a fair amount of time thinking and writing about. And as I've been preparing for the riding season, I've had occasion to dip into the archives a number of times to look up stuff that we've covered in the past. In so doing, I was pleasantly surprised to find just how many cycling posts we've amassed over the last year or so.

The problem, of course, is that these posts are kind of all over the place. So while we don't want to make a habit of posting collections of archived material (let's keep this practice confined to end of year lists!), I'll make an exception with this post. Because our coverage has been wide-ranging and much of it will serve as a valuable resource for Toronto riders, here's the most important stuff gathered into one reference guide.

Bike Paths and Directions

Toronto Cycling Road Conditions

Toronto Bike Stores

Toronto Cycling Stats and Surveys

I love the East End shout out with the Broadview Bridge! Also, few people know that this is a public art piece. Check out "3. Time and a Clock” Installation in Riverside" here http://www.yourcanada.ca/2011/03/5-amazing-destinations-in-toronto-you-didnt-know-about/

=)
