new skating rink toronto

Downtown Toronto is getting a new outdoor skating rink

Toronto already has some pretty cool skating rinks. Right now you can hop on the ice in most neighbourhoods, at city hall, and on the waterfront. But now another part of the city will be getting a rink too.

Tucked in between the towering glass skyscrapers of the Financial District, the Usful Holiday Market and Skating Rink is soon to open. Can you say lunch break skate?

It's located in Arnell Square beside the Bay Adelaide Centre at 333 Bay St., and it's a BYOS (bring your own skates) situation surrounded by local vendors selling all types of luxurious gifts, artisanal food and holiday products from December 13 to 15 between 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Look for the giant Christmas tree, and check out vendors like Wild North Flowers, Maison Apothecare, Lindof and Forno Cultura.

You can also download Usful's Lane app MyBrookfield to redeem free treats while visiting the holiday zone.
