worlds largest bounce house toronto

You can slide down a giant bouncy castle in Toronto this month

If your summer to-do list includes bouncing around in a giant bouncy castle, then you're in luck because The Royal Duck has officially landed (or, in this case, inflated) in Toronto.

The experience has arrived at Bridlewood Mall, a shopping centre in Scarborough, where it will operate for the next month.

The attraction, which makes stops across North America every summer, has transformed the mall's parking lot into a sprawling inflatable playground where visitors can glide down giant slides and tackle obstacle-course-style challenges.

In case you're wondering, yes, it's for adults too! But it's certainly not your typical backyard bouncy castle because the giant duck-themed inflatable setup spans more than 22,000 square feet, which the company claims is the "world's largest and tallest bounce house," although Big Bounce Canada has also claimed that title.

The Royal Duck officially opened at Bridlewood Mall on June 6 and will run until July 5. General admission is $28.99 plus applicable taxes and includes a three-hour access window to the inflatable park. Guests can purchase tickets online and reserve their preferred time slot.

After that, The Royal Duck will continue its Ontario tour with a visit to Firemen's Park in Niagara Falls from July 3 to July 26, before wrapping up at Burlington Centre from July 9 to Aug. 2.

Because it is an outdoor pop-up experience, guests should note that operations are weather-dependent. It is not a rain-or-shine event, meaning tickets for rain-affected dates will be accommodated on another available date during the tour.

All guests are required to wear grip socks, which can also be purchased on-site.

The Royal Duck is at Bridlewood Mall, located at 2900 Warden Ave.
