Alysha Newman appears to be swapping one runway for another.
On Wednesday, the Canadian Olympic star revealed an invitation she received for an in-person casting call for the 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
The email in the video reads:
"Hi Alysha, CONGRATULATIONS! You are invited to attend an in-person casting for your chance to walk in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2026."

The 31-year-old from London, Ont., has not officially announced her retirement from track and field, but the timing of the post comes just days after she received a 20-month suspension for whereabouts violations after missing three doping tests within 12 months.
According to the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU), Newman admitted to the three missed tests and said they came during a time when she was winding down her professional track and field career.
The Olympic pole vault bronze medallist has already built a significant online following outside of athletics. Newman is one of the few professional track-and-field athletes to openly pursue creating subscription-based content on OnlyFans alongside her career.
Newman reportedly earned more than US$150,000/month after she celebrated her bronze-medal win at Paris 2024, twerking. She also has more than 25,000 subscribers following her content.

According to the Victoria's Secret website, the brand is running a nationwide casting call to find its next Angel. If chosen, Newman would walk the iconic runway come November and sign an exclusive contract with IMG Models — one of the world's biggest agencies.
Newman appears to have also moved from Toronto to Los Angeles around the summer of 2025. The AIU listed her location as Los Angeles for her second and third missed doping tests in August 2025.
It seems Newman is trying to make it in the City of Angels. Her third missed test reportedly happened after Newman had to leave immediately to participate in the filming of a television game show.
Newman's 20-month ban from athletics will end on Aug. 2, 2027, so if she doesn't make it on one runway, there's still time to return to the other before the 2028 Olympics in her new home.
