Despite all the rumours and speculation, former Blue Jays pitcher Kevin Gausman might be moving on from Toronto after all.
This week, the beloved starting pitcher listed his near-5,000-square-foot Lawrence Park residence with Harvey Kalles Real Estate for $6,885,000.
Gausman first bought the property in March 2022 for $7.65 million, four months after he signed with Toronto in December 2021, and it's a place he's made home for 4.5 years while with the Blue Jays.

Given the current state of Toronto's real estate market, the Gausman is estimated to lose just under a million on the price he originally paid.
The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home was built in 2019 and is located in Lytton Park, one of Toronto's most affluent neighbourhoods.
It boasts a full chef's kitchen, a family room, a heated driveway, and a spacious south-facing backyard, all just minutes from local restaurants and schools.

According to the listing, the crown jewel of the home is its primary bedroom, which is complete with a "spa-like" five-piece ensuite and expansive walk-in closet.
The listing comes just months after the Blue Jays dealt the right-handed starter to the Chicago Cubs at the 2026 trade deadline for outfielder Brett Bateman and infield prospect Ty Southisene.
Gausman was in the final season of his five-year, $110 million deal, and the Blue Jays made a business decision to flip him for future pieces instead of running the risk of losing him come free agency.

Even though he was adamant that he didn't want to be moved, Gausman had nothing but good things to say about his time in Toronto on his way out.
He continued to think of himself as a Blue Jay and said signing with the team was the best decision he had ever made.
