You'd never know it wasn't officially summer if you spent your Saturday at Echo Beach for the 2016 CBC Music Festival. Blue skies, 30 degree-plus temps, food trucks, expensive beer and a full day of music could've fooled anyone into thinking it was mid-July. Hey Rosetta, Alvvays and Whitehorse topped a stacked bill as attendees soaked up the sunny skies.
