How to watch tonight's streaming-only Toronto Maple Leafs game

It's a matchup of recent first overall draft picks at Scotiabank Arena, as Gavin McKenna and the Toronto Maple Leafs take on Macklin Celebrini's San Jose Sharks on Monday.

While Sportsnet is broadcasting the game, it won't be available to watch on standard cable television.

Instead, the game will stream exclusively on Sportsnet+ as part of the network's new Monday Night Hockey streaming package.

If you're a Rogers Xfinity TV customer with Sportsnet, Sportsnet+ is included in your subscription at no extra cost. Anyone with a different provider who's subscribed to Sportsnet can add Sportsnet+ for an extra $12.99 per month.

For fans without cable television, a Sportsnet+ subscription costs $34.99 per month, or $269.99 per year.

If you already subscribe to Sportsnet+, you will get this game as part of your subscription package and just need to log in.

Fans who currently subscribe to Sportsnet through a TV provider can access Monday Night Hockey by signing into Sportsnet+ with their provider login and upgrading for $12.99/month.

Tonight's matchup is the first of 13 Maple Leafs games scheduled to stream on Sportsnet+ this season. Toronto has the most Monday Night Hockey appearances of any NHL team, with four more than every other franchise.
