Chinatown in Toronto getting massive two-day street festival this summer

Toronto's Chinatown Festival is celebrating 25 years of culture, community, and entertainment this August 9 and 10, and it's all about lion dances, food, and culture!

Stretching along Spadina Avenue from St. Andrew to Sullivan, the two-day event will feature multicultural performances, traditional lion and dragon dances, and an international street food market packed with bold flavours from across Asia and beyond.

This year's big highlight? A special Saturday night performance by Hong Kong stage and screen icon Alice Lau!

With live entertainment, prize giveaways, and vibrant cultural showcases, this milestone edition promises a packed weekend of summer fun for the whole family.

Come for the dumplings, stay for the dragons!
