You can do yoga in the lush garden of this iconic Toronto castle this summer

Toronto's most iconic castle and gardens, Casa Loma, will soon become a destination for wellness and serenity this summer.

Picture this: it's a beautiful summer weekend, the sun is shining bright, and you're rolling out your yoga mat in the middle of one of Toronto's most stunning gardens. Breathtaking Gardens is a new Sunday morning wellness series set against one of Toronto's most striking backdrops.

From June 7 to Aug. 30, 2026, in partnership with Soul Expansion, the series combines movement, breathwork, and live music into one early-morning experience.

According to Casa Loma, each session will begin at 9 a.m. and run until 11 a.m. It'll begin with a collaborative wellness class led by a community leader in yoga, pilates, or stretching before moving into the Soul Expansion experience led by Freddy Gervasi and The Band of Souls.

Here's the schedule breakdown:

  • 9:15 a.m. Opening Collaborative Class with Wellness Community Leader
  • 9:40 a.m. Soul Expansion Begins (no late entry)
  • Opening + Meditation 15 mins
  • Toning + Grounding Sequence 15 mins
  • Breathwork 30 mins
  • Music + Gentle Soundscape 20 mins

Throughout the summer, some of the classes will feature brand partners. Guests can look forward to offerings from names like DavidsTea, Blume, and Formula Fig.

Whether you decide to join for a single Sunday or the full summer, that's up to you. Tickets are available as a single ticket, a three-pack session, or a season pack.

These can be purchased online now and start at $64.

"Casa Loma has always been a place that inspires people, and this summer we are opening up the castle's best-kept secret for a wellness experience right in the gardens," says Luca Di Donato, vice president of Liberty Entertainment Group.

"This first-of-its-kind experience features movement, wellness practices and music to create the perfect Sunday morning activity surrounded by the magic of Casa Loma."

The entrance is located through the East Gate, right in the East Parking Lot. It's important to note that tickets do not include admission to tour the interior of Casa Loma.

This is a one-of-a-kind experience you need to enjoy this summer.

Casa Loma is located at 1 Austin Terrance.
