Brooke Shields was astonished on first visit to Ontario side of Niagara Falls

Renowned actress Brooke Shields had high praise for Ontario's Niagara Falls on her first visit to the Canadian side of the tourist destination.

The Pretty Baby (1978) legend, currently filming season two of the mystery thriller You're Killing Me (2026) in Ontario, took time to visit the province's biggest tourist attraction and vlog her experience for her 2.8 million Instagram followers.

The reel, which has almost 120,000 likes and more than 5,000 comments, shows Shields draped in a red rain poncho on the Voyage to the Falls boat tour, which takes guests right to the foot of the Horseshoe Falls.

She's also visibly drenched from the heavy mist, but doesn't seem to mind at all. I mean, that's the whole point of an up-close-and-personal encounter with the falls.

Shields starts the video with her front camera on, showing the massive falls towering behind her. Looking pleasantly surprised by the view, she says, "Ok, this is insane!" At another point, she looks right into the camera and enthusiastically says, "We're soaking wet! Loving it!"

Shields admits in the caption that this trip to Niagara Falls in Ontario was her first time visiting the Canadian side of the mammoth natural phenomenon, and by the looks of it, the experience was one for the books.

The 61-year-old actress will be in Canada shooting her production until Nov. 12, with filming taking her to various locations across Southern Ontario, including Toronto, as well as outside of the province with shoots in parts of Nova Scotia.
