Prime Seafood Palace is a seafood-focused restaurant from Matty Matheson, serving dishes like caviar, shrimp cocktail, and lobster and ricotta dumplings.
Many ingredients are sourced from Matheson's own Blue Goose Farm.
The space is as impressive as the food, with a huge arching ceiling and a secret surprise in the bathroom (hint: look up).
