Things to do in Toronto this week include New Year's Eve celebrations, outdoor winter activities, and sports games, all to bid 2025 farewell.
For those planning on partying the night away on New Year's Eve, there are plenty of venues around the city that are hosting celebrations into the early hours of Jan. 1, 2026; New Year's Eve @ Midnight Market and New Year's Eve 2026 at Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex are just two of the many parties happening across town.
Of course, a fancy, late-night shindig may not be everyone's vibe. Harbourfront Centre and Distillery Historic District are both hosting their own outdoor New Year's Eve celebrations, complete with fireworks at midnight.
And, if you want to check out some seasonal attractions before they begin to wrap up for the year, Distillery Winter Village and Casa Loma Holiday of Lights are both on until the end of the week.
There's all this and so many other things to do in Toronto this week. Check out our complete events calendar to make sure you're catching all that's happening in the city, all week long.
