This Ontario holiday market is hosting free festive movie nights all season long

The North Pole Holiday Market has arrived in Ontario, officially kicking off on Nov. 14 in Oshawa, and, for a limited time, you can get in for free.

The seasonal event, hosted just west of Oshawa Executive Airport, offers a domed village experience, along with free outdoor movie nights and food trucks to ring in the holiday season.

Guests can indulge in a wide selection of gourmet seasonal treats from local vendors like Coffee Igloo, the iconic BeaverTails, and Zombie Dawgs.

Aside from the food offerings, visitors can stroll the market and browse various vendor booths for some holiday shopping, enjoy light installations, and catch a free outdoor movie on weekends.

The North Pole Holiday Market will feature two back-to-back screenings of classic holiday films every Friday and Saturday. The first screening begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by a second at 8:30 p.m., with a different movie featured each time.

The market will also host a Dome Village Holiday Market, a designated area on the property transformed into a town of domes featuring shopping stops, cozy rest areas, and even a fire pit.

The event runs from Nov. 14 to Jan. 4, but North Pole Holiday Market is hosting a soft launch from Nov. 14 to Nov. 27 offering free admission. Starting on Nov. 28, guests will be charged a $5 admission fee.

The market is open every Friday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. You can book your ticket now

Durham's Dome Village Holiday Market is located at 866 Taunton Rd. W. in Oshawa, Ont.
