TUM favourite, Rock Lobster Food Co. has found a new summer home at cheap eats haven 214 Augusta Ave in Kensington Market. Operating alongside the likes of Agave y Aguacate in the Latin American Food Court Thursdays through Sundays, RLFC will be serving up their arthropod fare starting June 8th.

Those who like to chase their lobster rolls with a beverage of the adult kind will want to make a visit to Cold Tea as Rock Lobster Co. has confirmed that they'll be delivering to the bar as well. A discussion between the two businesses about a one-off pop up event led to the more long term idea of letting customers remain rooted to their bar stools while the lobster came to them.

Yes, that's right, Rock Lobster will deliver their goods to hungry customers at the Kensington watering hole, not unlike the Grilled Cheese does for Ronnie's. Call me sentimental but I love when food marries drink, and I wish this new couple the best.

As far as menu items go, there will be lots of experimentation, but you can also count on staples like their rolls and lobster bisque poutine (pictured above). Word is there will also be a surf & turf dish with tenderloin from nearby Sanagan's Meat Locker.
