Rogers Stadium opens this spring in Toronto and here are the concerts announced so far

At long last, Rogers Stadium, Toronto's newest and largest concert venue will be opening this spring, and here's all the concerts scheduled to take place there so far.

While the winter seems hell-bent on maintaining its icy grip on Toronto until the bitter end, warmer days are, believe it or not, on their way for the city, and with them comes the long-awaited return of concert season.

While, for years, Budweiser Stage, Scotiabank Arena and the Rogers Centre have been the go-tos in Toronto for major concerts, there's a new kid in town this spring: Rogers Stadium.

Taking over a vacant 44-acre lot at YZD, the former Downsview Airport, the venue will be the largest in the city with a 50,000-person capacity, and, at long last, it's set to officially open on June 29.

While, so far, only a handful of shows have so far been announced for the expansive venue, this is only the beginning for the stadium.

Here are all of the concerts that have been announced for Rogers Stadium in Toronto so far.

  • June 29: Stray Kids
  • July 7 + 8: Coldplay
  • July 11 + 12: Coldplay
  • July 22 + 23: Blackpink
  • Aug. 24 + 25: Oasis
  • Sep. 3 + 5: System of a Down and Deftones with Polyphia
  • Sep. 10: Hozier

Rogers Stadium will be located at 105 Carl Hall Road in North York.
