Art Yard
Art Yard is a rental gallery for emerging artists in West Queen West with a unique concept: wall space is rented by the yard, rather than per show, and Art Yard takes no commission charges. In February of 2014 gallery owner Natasza Cieplik took over the former space on the main floor of the Artscape Triangle Lofts. Pieces at Art Yard range from about $125 to $2,500, openings are generally the second Thursday of the month, and art classes for kids are available.
