You'll soon be able to get all-you-can-eat sushi at Nobu Toronto

Nobu Toronto is set to introduce all-you-can-eat sushi, the latest local restaurant to get in on the AYCE sushi craze.

If you ask me, all-you-can-eat sushi is among the most magical things we can experience in this lifetime. Summer sunsets, meteor showers, childbirth: they all play second fiddle to the experience of consuming unlimited quantities of raw fish.

I'm kidding, of course, but only kind of.

Luckily for me and those who share my affinity for all things AYCE, Toronto is home to a seemingly infinite number of sushi restaurants that offer it, and now, we're adding one more to the roster: none other than Nobu.

The world-famous Japanese restaurant chain from chef Nobu Matsuhisa has been a sushi staple across the globe for over 30 years, and Toronto welcomed its own location, in conjunction with a hotel and residences, last summer.

At Toronto's Nobu location, sushi has only been available à la carte thus far, but that all changes with the launch of its new Sunday brunch buffet, which officially kicks off this Sunday, Oct. 19.

Running from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Sunday, the brunch buffet will allow you to get your fill of Nobu-style sushi and then some for a flat fee of $110.

It doesn't stop at just sushi, though. The buffet will also feature a selection of salads, a Chef's carving station, a variety of desserts and discounted cocktails. It may cost you a pretty penny, but there's no arguing that Nobu's not giving you your money's worth on this one.

Reservations for Nobu's Sunday brunch are open now and, given the restaurant's iron-clad popularity, you'll want to book yours sooner, rather than later.

Nobu Toronto is located 25 Mercer St.
