Top secret dinner party takes over Toronto's waterfront
Now in its fifth year, the international pop-up picnic Diner en Blanc took place last night just outside The Power Plant. Just steps from the waterfront against the backdrop of the CN Tower, this year's white-attired party followed strict protocol as always.
