How to beat the long lines to vote in Toronto's election

Toronto's municipal election is just a few weeks away, and while long lines are expected at polling stations after work hours on Oct. 26, there are still a few ways to vote without the lengthy queues.

Those in the know will tell you to skip the lines on election day, and instead vote by mail-in ballot or using your local advance polling station between Tuesday, Oct. 6 and Sunday, Oct. 11, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Here's everything you need to know to save time on election day.
