A photo shoot gone wrong resulted in a pair of luxury cars getting stuck on a popular Toronto beach on Tuesday morning — a reminder that "doing it for the 'gram" isn't always worth the trouble.
A photo shared on Reddit shows a pair of Porsche vehicles with their tires partially buried in the sand at Woodbine Beach, alongside a Toronto Police car parked on the boardwalk.
So, what happened here?
Two Cars Stuck on Woodbine Beach

Toronto Police tell blogTO that they attended a call just before 6 a.m. on Tuesday morning for two vehicles stuck in the sand at Woodbine Beach.
Police state that there "is no criminality involved in this, but one of the vehicles did have to be towed after it got stuck in the sand," adding that "No charges have been laid."
While the drivers of these cars seemed to have gotten off easy, a few commenters noted that there is no vehicle access to this location, and one wrote how the cars would've had to have been "driven over multiple pedestrian and cycling trails, not to mention grassy areas, and then the boardwalk itself is about 12 inches higher than the sand."
More chimed in with outraged comments, like one user who wrote, "Absolute stupidity of people doing ridiculous things like this for Instagram shots."
Others left humorous comments like "Beached in the Beaches," and "Parking is pretty tough to find there to be fair."
So, next time you're looking for that perfect Instagram shot, please just watch where you park.
