None of Toronto's FIFA World Cup matches have sold out yet

There are still plenty of FIFA World Cup tickets up for grabs despite the tournament beginning in less than two weeks.

There is no shortage of demand to attend games, as indicated by the fact that over 4.5 million fans across the globe applied during the initial ticket lottery. The problem appears to be the price, as plenty of unsold tickets are still available for every single match being played in Canada.

Here's a look at the prices for all seven matches at BC Place in Vancouver:

• June 13: Australia vs. Türkiye (Over 300 tickets available) $530 to $880
• June 18: Canada vs. Qatar (Over 300 tickets available) $770 to $1,050 
• June 21: New Zealand vs. Egypt (Over 700 tickets available) $530 to $945 
• June 24: Canada vs. Switzerland (Over 800 tickets available) $980 to $2,450
• June 26: New Zealand vs. Belgium (Over 400 tickets available) $560 to $1,050
• July 2: Round of 32 (Over 1,000 tickets available) $795 to $2,700
• July 7: Round of 16 (41 tickets available) $3,540 to $3,735

The cheapest single-game tickets available are on June 13 (Australia vs. Türkiye) and June 21 (New Zealand vs. Egypt). The next cheapest is on June 26 (New Zealand vs. Belgium), where prices begin at $560.

Similar to Vancouver, there are still many single-game tickets available in Toronto:

• June 12: Canada vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina (Over 250 tickets available) $3,135
• June 17: Ghana vs. Panama (Over 350 tickets available) $195 to $1,070
• June 20: Germany vs. Cote d’Ivoire (Over 100 tickets available) $395 to $2,910
• June 23: Panama vs. Croatia (29 tickets available) $1,470 to $1,820
• June 26: Senegal vs. Iraq (Over 300 tickets available) $630 to $1,510
• July 2: Round of 32 (45 tickets available) $3,285

The price that sticks out immediately is the match on June 17 (Ghana vs. Panama), where it drops as low as $195. However, there is just a single ticket that remains up for grabs at that cost.

There are also additional tickets available for purchase through the FIFA Marketplace, though the resale prices are inflated.

The World Cup is set to get underway on June 11 and will carry on through July 19. Vancouver is set to host seven matches, while Toronto will host six.
