As momentum builds for the FIFA World Cup 2026 games in Toronto, with the must-see global event now less than two months away, hotel bookings are soaring, and watch parties are being planned across town.
For those looking to ditch their usual watering hole and instead opt for a swankier get-together to mark the occasion, the Ritz-Carlton Toronto is the latest to introduce an ultra-luxurious FIFA World Cup experience.
Located in the heart of the Entertainment District and minutes from BMO Field, where fans will gather to witness soccer's biggest moments, the hotel has unveiled an exclusive private suite available for guests looking to host their own stylish watch party with friends and family.
But, like all fine things in life, it'll cost you a pretty penny.
With a minimum spend of $8,000 (plus tax and service fees), guests can secure exclusive access to the hotel's Gallery Meeting Room for soccer viewing. Styled like a private suite, the 1,666 sq. ft. space will offer a large built-in screen, a special food and drink menu crafted by the hotel's culinary team, and dedicated service throughout the event — a level of comfort you won't find at your average sports lounge.

If you can't swing that kind of cash, there are other ways to take in the hotel experience during the FIFA World Cup.
The Ritz-Carlton — recently named as one of the best in the world — says it will also show matches in some of its public areas and add soccer-themed decorations to match the occasion. Its on-site dining spots, Epoch Bar & Kitchen Terrace, TOCA Restaurant, and wine bar LANO, will also roll out special game-inspired menus during the tournament.
While available rooms on match days range from $860 to $2,965 depending on size and level of luxury, the Ritz-Carlton says it is also offering guests discounted rates for longer stays, along with special celebration packages that include breakfast, added perks, and select meal-included room rates.
A massive sporting event doesn't come to our city often, so why not lean into a "go big or go home" mindset and treat yourself when the FIFA World Cup 2026 kicks off in Toronto on June 12?
