The Toronto Blue Jays have spent more money than any MLB team this offseason, and they might not be done yet.
Although they've already dished out a combined $337 million this off-season to Dylan Cease, Tyler Rogers, Cody Ponce and Kazuma Okamoto, recent reports suggest that their biggest spending may still be yet to come.
Mark Feinsand of MLB.com recently reported that industry sources have tabbed the Blue Jays as the most likely landing spot for baseball's top free agent. The Athletic has also reported that Toronto has been more aggressive of late in its pursuit of Tucker.
The 28-year-old was seen recently with Jays' George Springer at a match for The Golf League down in Palm Springs.

At times during the offseason, Blue Jays players have been actively recruiting Tucker, according to comments on social media posts.
With smoke starting to billow around the Jays' pursuit of Tucker, The Athletic has also reported that a reunion with Bo Bichette is becoming unlikely.
Although it would be a blow for the Jays to lose a homegrown prospect like Bo Bichette, the fit for Tucker on the roster is easier to envision. Toronto's infield has become more crowded since the addition of Okamoto.
The Blue Jays still have lots of options in the outfield, with players such as Springer, Anthony Santander, Daulton Varsho, Addison Barger, Nathan Lukes, Davis Schneider, Joey Loperfido and Myles Straw who have the ability to play as outfielders.
With Springer often lining up as a designated hitter, while the likes of Lukes, Schneider, Loperfido, and Straw are destined to be bench players, there's a clearer path for Tucker to join the team, as opposed to Bichette.
Adding Tucker would likely mean that Santander would move to left field, while Varsho continues to man centre field. The toughest player to move out of the regular outfield rotation would be Barger.
Although the Jays are the favourite to land Tucker, it's by no means a done deal. MLB Network Insider Jon Morosi reported this week that the Los Angeles Dodgers are interested in signing Tucker on a shorter-term deal with a higher annual average salary.
