The Toronto Blue Jays are pressing ahead with yet another round of Rogers Centre renovations ahead of the 2026 season.
A $400 million multi-year transformation of the Rogers Centre kicked off in 2022 and has continued into the current off-season following a historic World Series run by the Toronto Blue Jays in 2025.
And the team isn't the only part of the Blue Jays experience that will be changing for their 2026 campaign, as work quickly advances for the ballpark's latest addition, known as the Home Plate Terrace Club.
The latest renovations are rebuilding a large section of the 200 level directly behind home plate, to debut this spring as the Rogers Centre's latest new luxury space.

While most fans have not laid eyes on the Rogers Centre interior since the Jays' heartbreaking Game 7 loss in the World Series against the Los Angeles Dodgers, a select few have captured views of the rapidly progressing work on the latest phase of renovations.
Announced in mid-2025 and described by the team as an "elegant escape connected to every moment of the action," the new premium seating area kicked off construction right after the World Series wrapped up.
Photos of the newly-installed deck show how the premium seating area projects outward, giving fans a proper terrace overlooking the field. Crews from PCL Construction are still hard at work on the new space, which, as of mid-January, was still awaiting the installation of the Rogers Centre's signature blue seating.

Catering to the ultra-premium trend sweeping through professional sports venues across the continent, the Home Plate Terrace Club will offer fans a ritzy concierge service, added legroom, as well as a wide offering of food and beverage options, including sushi, pizza, ice cream, milkshakes, candy, and much more.

In addition to the premium in-stadium fan experience and prime views of the action, Home Plate Terrace Club ticketholders will be able to access their seats via a private entrance off Bremner Blvd, and are guaranteed access to promotional giveaways upon entry — typically limited to the first several thousand fans to arrive at the stadium.
