Very Fair is a Chinese restaurant located in a plaza basement in Scarborough. Surprisingly spacious, this place serves fairly cheap dim sum on weekends and gourmet seafood meals in the evening. It's a solid spot to grab some affordable Chinese dishes, as long as you're okay with a window-less dining experience.
