One Restaurant isn't just you're typical hotel restaurant (it's located inside the Hazelton). With uber chef Mark McEwan at the helm, the food here shines and has high prices to match. Think lobster tortellini ($28) or oven roasted black cod ($36). And that's without side dishes. A side portion of Asian greens will set you back $14. A nice mark-up to be sure if you can get away with it. And it looks like McEwan can.
