Celts Pub could be described as a dive bar, or an unfussy Irish Pub. Either way, it's a simplistic fixture in the Junction neighbourhood, near other similar dive and sports bars but still holding its own with basic beers in a neighbourhood increasingly overridden by fancy restaurants.
