TTC panel report running late--again

The TTC is experiencing delays again with regards to its panel review of customer service.

The final report by the blue-ribbon, 10-person panel was expected to be completed by the end of June. When the G20 threw a wrench in panel progress, a new deadline was scheduled for mid- or late July. Now, it looks like the report won't be ready until August 23.

The TTC customer service panel was set up after a picture of a sleeping TTC ticket collector went viral. According to panel chairman Steve O'Brien last month, the panel received 2,000 specific responses and recommendations from the public on how the Commission can improve customer service.

I wonder if "be on time" was one of them.
