Oliver Weston, Founder of SEO Backlinks, noted how "Every McDonald's sells the same menu at much the same price, so the star rating on Google is the only thing that sets one apart from the next."
"The restaurants at the top of the list don't have a secret menu. Reviewers keep mentioning the same few things, quick service, friendly staff and a clean restaurant, and they mention them again and again. When you search for a McDonald's near you, that score is the first thing you see, so a restaurant that gets those basics right is winning customers before they've even pulled into the parking lot."
