The sandwich might be a candidate for everyone's favourite food. Perhaps that's because it can be any food stuffed between two pieces of bread or bun, but also, one suspects, because there are few things more comforting than digging in to a meal with your hands. We challenged our readers to share their favourite photos of sandwiches in Toronto, and the results are a mouthwatering array of stacked hoagies, heroes and subs.
