Budget and Operations Analyst 

Responsible for reporting to the Supervisor of Operational Support for the City's Office of the Chief Financial Officer, this position involves analyzing, coordinating, reviewing, and monitoring operating and capital budgets, variance reports, and expenditures. 

To qualify, you'll need post-secondary education that's in a discipline relevant to the job, such as a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

You'll also need to be enrolled in or have completed the CPA Professional Education Program or hold a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountants designation with CPA Ontario or another CPA provincial body. This position pays between $87,800 and $116,745 annually, and the deadline to apply is Jan. 9. 

HR Consultant 

As part of the City's People & Equity, Occupational Health, Safety & Wellness division, this position is responsible for providing disability and occupational health services to City of Toronto employees to minimize the impact of illness and injury in the workplace. 

Major responsibilities include coordinating medical and functional assessments and interpreting the results to make recommendations where a worker's health issues impact work functions.

The role can earn you anywhere from $87,800 $116,745 annually, and you'll need a post-secondary degree or diploma in a health specialty (a degree in nursing with a special destination in occupational health nursing being preferred). The deadline to apply for this role is Jan. 19. 

Supervisor, Dental 

If you have considerable experience in the supervision and leadership of employees, preferably in a dental service environment, this role with the City's Public Health, Strategy & Clinical Services division might be perfect for you. 

In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising dental clinic operations across Toronto Public Health and assisting with dental program portfolios. You'll also be required to supervise and train staff, and improve overall team operating performance. 

To qualify, you should have experience in dental program planning and implementation, and possess a valid "G" licence, along with access to a vehicle. The salary range for this role is $87,800-$116,745 annually, and the deadline to apply is Jan. 7. 

Environmental H&S Field Representative 

This role with Toronto Water, Environment Energy & Emergency Planning could earn you between $94,905 and $128,386 every year if you have post-secondary education in engineering or occupational health and safety. 

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for providing construction and industrial health and safety compliance support to Toronto Water operations. They'll also be required for the on-site implementation, supervision, auditing, and continual improvement of programs and activities related to corporate and division health, safety, and quality management systems. 

Your skills should require extensive experience in construction and industrial health and safety, with government experience being considered desirable. The last day to apply for this role is Jan. 7. 

Nurse Practitioner 

Toronto is currently looking for multiple healthcare professionals to join its Seniors Services & Long Term Care, LTC Regional Services division. These roles require 35 hours of work per week from Monday to Sunday, and pay between $68.25 and $73.64 per hour. 

Nurse practitioners will be tasked with delivering primary health care to residents in long-term care homes and performing physical examinations. If selected, you'll also be responsible for completing the health history for a resident's situation, including physical, psychosocial, cultural, and ethnic dimensions of health. 

To qualify, you'll need to be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse in the Extended Class (Primary Health Care or Adult), and have experience as a nurse practitioner in long-term care, acute care, rehabilitation, continuing care, or primary care.
