These are all the Toronto festivals being funded by the Ontario government

It's tough to run events in Toronto. From paying for the venue, performers or promoting ticket sales, there's lots of expenses to be had. And if the event is free to attend, covering the costs can be an almost insurmountable expense.

Luckily, Toronto event organizers have our government to thank for stepping in and helping with expenses. The Ontario government is one such benefactor and they have just released a 20-page-long list of festivals in the province that have been given grants this year.

This includes big name affairs like Pride and Nuit Blanche to smaller events you may have never even heard of. Wondering what's on the list?

Here are all the festivals and events in Toronto that received funding from the Ontario government this year.
