Sugar Daddy Doughnuts
Sugar Daddy Doughnuts is Toronto's tiny doughnut shop housed in an equally tiny bright yellow space.
Founded by three best friends, Anthony Macri, Anthony Alfonsi, and Javier Marquez, the trio grew up with the dream of building something together one day.
Inspired by memories of their childhood, they've fashioned doughnuts reminiscent of Dunkaroos — a classic 90s snack.
The interior itself is dedicated purely to production and orders are taken via walk-in for takeout or can be pre-ordered online, so don't expect to find seating here.
The tiny treats are made fresh to order, and come in three options: Plain Jane, Cinnamon Sugar, and Glazed.
The smallest order you can take out is a six-pack ($6) of one type of doughnut. Due to their petite size, you'll definitely need more than one of these to satisfy your sweets cravings.
The texture is light (but not fluffy) and while they're fried in oil, they keep well over time and won't lose their texture during your walk home.
The Daddy Dozen ($10) lets you choose up to two types of doughnuts and a choice of dipping Dunk sauce.
The Cinnamon Sugar are a solid pick, as the generous coat of granules give the bite-sized treats an added fun texture.
There are nine Dunk flavours to choose from: Vanilla Bean, Maple Butter, Nutella Creme, Salted Caramel, Funfetti, Gold Digger (cookie butter), Zesty Lemon, Strawberry Sundae, and a secret option that's only available to members of their loyalty program.
The consistency of the dips are similar to a Dunkaroo frosting and leans on the thicker and creamier side.
If you want to try all three type of doughnuts, the Three Way ($15) gets you a pretty box of 18, complete with two Dunks.
The branded packaging makes for a good party gift or groups, seeing as how the Dunks have custom-made slots that'll keep it from moving around during your commute.
If you're catering for an even bigger group, they also have a Bucket ($48) that will get you 72 doughnuts. 
All Dunks come in a Squeezie ($2.50) version if you prefer to have your pastries evenly covered in icing.
