SPiN launches gallery series with Plywood exhibit

Thursday night saw the unveiling of the Plywood Graffiti exhibit at SPiN Toronto featuring work from 10 of Toronto's most well-known and respected street artists, including SKAM, ART CHILD, WYSPER, & RCADE among others. The turnout was solid, as most in attendance took the opportunity to greet the artists in attendance. Naturally, there was also a little bit of ping pong on the table.

The Plywood exhibit will be on display at SPiN until around the end of September
and a new gallery will be curated at SPiN Toronto every three months afterwards. Judging by the level of support the inaugural event received (on a hot and busy night in the city with plenty of other places that people could have been), it sounds like gallery idea could be a success story for the club and local artists alike.

Here are some images of the art and action from Thursday night.
