Death... it's out there

Gallery Space: Death... It's Out There

Feb 22nd, 2007 - This week in the Gallery Space:

Death... It's Out There is the newest exhibit at Gallery TPW (56 Ossington Ave). Curated by Ulysses Castellanos, this show takes a look at the current rise in popularity of good ol' death in contemporary pop culture.

Nine featured artists here use video and photography in exploring themes of loss, violence, nihilism, ritual and the afterlife. *insert spooky music here*

The exhibit kicks off this Saturday, February 24 and runs 'til March 24, 2007. An opening reception is set for March 2nd, from 7-9pm.

Death... It's Out There is one part of Castellanos' I See A Darkness curatorial residency at Gallery TPW.
