Transitional Space On The Danforth

I recently went to check out my artist friend Cheryl Rock's latest showing down at the William Stephen Gallery (439 Danforth Ave.).

The mixed media artist melds West Indian culture and African heritage to create a profound statement on the Black Canadian experience. At least that's what I got out of it.

To use that old turn of phrase, " I don't know much about art, but I know what I like."

Transitional Space runs until May 26.
