Broken Pencil Gala at the Free Gallery

As Broken Pencil put it so well in their mass e-mails, tonight's the night to, "come mingle with artsy types."

This evening (May 4th), at Toronto Free Gallery (660 Queen Street E), those artsy folks will be celebrating the latest issue of indie staple mag, Broken Pencil, while checking out the current exhibit: The Centre Cannot Hold: Prospects for Suburbia.

Aside from some fun DIY postcard action and door prizes, the event will also feature a panel discussion on Indie Toronto - a feature topic in the latest issue (though isn't it always?).

Party's at 8pm.
