PAR <-> YYZ

Last night, Gallery 401 played host to the well attended opening of the PAR YYZ show which is running as part of CONTACT. Titka Seddighi and photoblogger Sam Javanrouh had the crowds buzzing at the sight of Sam's striking pics of downtown TO and Titka's mix of Paris black and whites.

The bar was out of booze early which wasn't so much a case of bad planning, but more a result of the large crowds filtering in and out all night. It's a testament to both artist's popularity and the huge following Sam has for his award winning photoblog, daily dose of imagery.

Other signs that photobloggers are taking over the world? Inconduit's Adam Krawesky's Toronto Streets runs at Toxic Gallery until the end of this month.
