Ear to the Ground will be showcasing artists in the above genres at Exhibition Place, September 16-18 2005.

I checked it out and it's fairly self-explanatory. They are looking for emerging (not amateur) artists, so you must have already created a piece or collection. Submission entry fee is a non-refundable $20, but it's a small price to pay for the type of exposure budding artists rarely get. Best of luck!
