This week on DineSafe, conditional passes were plastered all over the grid. Not even sparing one of its own Toronto a la Cart vendors, inspectors found food temperature troubles and other health and safety violations at plenty of restaurants throughout the city. The beloved CafĂŠ Polonez in Roncesvalles indeed got the dreaded yellow sign, as did Oishii Japanese (again) on Church and Bairrada Churrasqueira Express on Dundas West.
