Ontario man claims he found a plastic glove in his food from Pizza Pizza

One Pizza Pizza customer in Ontario recently had a harrowing experience after they claimed they found a plastic glove embedded in their food.

The video, obtained by blogTO, shows a man digging underneath the pizza's toppings to uncover a bright blue, stretchy plastic material.

"What is this? The f*ck? There's plastic here. That's someone's f*cking glove. That’s f*cking disgusting," the customer says in the video.

The 31-second clip immediately picked up horrified reactions from customers on social media, with some even vowing to never eat the chain's pizzas again.

"Wrong size gloves...they shouldn't be coming off the hand that easy," one person wrote.

Over the past few months, it seems like diners and shoppers in Ontario have been finding increasingly strange items in their food or groceries — from worms to dead scorpions, and even a metal bolt.

The customer told blogTO that the pizza was purchased on Monday night from a Pizza Pizza location in Aurora.

"I contacted them yesterday and they said someone from their office would call me back. They just called me back this morning and they offered me credit or refund," the customer said.

blogTO reached out to Pizza Pizza for comment on this incident but has not received a response back at the time of this article's publication.
