Luxury fitness and wellness hub Sweat and Tonic has officially unveiled when its brand-new location, nestled in the heart of Toronto's Yorkville neighbourhood, will open its doors.
On Tuesday, the boutique fitness club — which already boasts locations across from the Eaton Centre and at The Well — revealed that its new studio will be opening at 11 Yorkville Ave. on Saturday, Nov. 21.
The massive, 18,000-square-foot space marks Sweat and Tonic's third Toronto location and will offer 300 classes per week across four studios, namely its immersive ride studio, hot yoga and Pilates studio, strength studio, and Reformd (the hub's Lagree method studio).
The hub's strength studio will feature 48 spots across 12 workout pods with an elevated instructor podium and integrated digital instruction screens.
Similar to its other locations, Sweat and Tonic's Yorkville hub will include its signature Tonic House, best described as a members' lounge, co-working space, event venue, and cocktail bar all in one.
Post-workout, you can also grab a drink at the studio's Tonic Bar, an in-house smoothie and snack bar that overlooks historic landmarks in the neighbourhood, including the Yorkville Fire Hall and the Four Seasons Hotel.
Unique to the Yorkville location are enhanced recovery amenities that are stationed in both the women's and men's changing rooms, free of any extra charges. Complimentary amenities include custom-built dual infrared and electric high-heat saunas and cold plunge tubs.
Sweat and Tonic is extending a limited quantity of pre-opening Yorkville unlimited memberships at $260 per month (regularly $280 per month) that include unlimited yoga, Pilates, strength training, ride classes, and access to the pool deck at Tonic Spa (The Well location), as well as four all-location class credits per month.
Sweat and Tonic's third location will be situated at the base of the 11 YV development, at 11 Yorkville Ave.
