George Springer has been a fan favourite among Toronto Blue Jays fans over his past six seasons with the team, but with the 36-year-old in the final year of his $150 million contract, it appears he is starting to prepare for the next chapter.
On Wednesday, Springer listed his 5,300-plus-square-foot Lawrence Park home with Sage Real Estate for CAD$6.445 million (USD$4.72 million).
The five-bedroom home, located in one of Toronto's most affluent neighbourhoods, includes six bathrooms, plus a cameo kitchen and recreation room described in the listing as the "perfect spot for a billiards table, home gym, or the chaos of family life."

The home is just steps from the Blythwood Ravine walking trails and the Lawrence Park Tennis Club, and a short walk from Yonge Street's shops, cafes and Lawrence TTC station.
According to real estate records, the former World Series MVP and his family have called this Lawrence Park colonial house home since January 2022, when he purchased the property for $6.43 million.
There has been no indication yet whether Springer will stay, leave, or retire at the end of the 2026 season, but regardless, his time with the Blue Jays has been beyond memorable.

He'll surely be remembered most by fans for hitting one of the most iconic home runs in franchise history — a Game 7, do-or-die no-doubter in last fall's ALCS that advanced Toronto to its first World Series in 32 years.
With expectations for the 2026 season running high, Springer has missed the last 10 games after fracturing his left toe on April 11 against the Minnesota Twins.
According to Sportsnet's Shi Davidi, Springer could return to the lineup during the Blue Jays' six-game homestand against Cleveland and Boston from April 24-29.
