PanPan Noodle Bar is known for offering an array of spicy dry alkaline noodle dishes.
The popular Wuhan street food tosses fresh noodles in everything from nutty sesame sauce that might be spiked with shredded chicken to beef brisket, all kissed by the heat from chili oil.
Although there's a downtown location on Baldwin, this takeout counter can be found in North York's The Galleria at Emerald Park.
