Chilsung Korean Pocha Club and Izakaya serves up a street food, tapas style menu featuring Spicy Seafood Rice Cakes ($12) and overloaded bowls of Chilsung Armysoup ($14). Situated at Yonge and Wellesley, it opens on weekends between 7 or 8pm and goes 'til at least 2am, if not later.
