Bistro 299 has held fort on Roncesvalles for two years, and on a block full of perogy heavy-hitters. The newcomers has got game too. The perogies here are homemade, achieving the perfect boil-fry combination. They're soft but substantial and come with classic add-ons like fried onions and sour cream.
