Lavish $1.3M Toronto condo lets you watch Blue Jays games out your window

Toronto's cooling real estate market continues to open up to buyers who had previously been priced out of a slice of the sky, with lavish penthouse units now selling for prices that would have looked like typos just a few years earlier.

One of Toronto's tallest condo towers is home to an impressive two-level unit with outrageous views of the surrounding cityscape, including a direct look into the Rogers Centre — a huge perk on open-dome game days when the Toronto Blue Jays are in town.

Known as Skyloft 6508B, the two-bedroom + den unit in the new Concord Canada House development sits unclaimed, awaiting a deep-pocketed buyer. 

However, at $1.28 million, this two-storey, 1,283-square-foot space is actually more accessible than the photos and suite layout would suggest.

The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) noted in May that the average condo price in the City of Toronto had dropped to $649,330 this past spring, down from $769,600 in 2022.

Condo prices have declined at a stronger pace than single-family homes, giving families increasing incentive to consider condo life over two-car garages and backyards.

A representative of developer Concord Adex tells blogTO that "the residence combines the scale of a two-storey home with the convenience of condominium living in downtown Toronto."

The Skyloft unit for sale at Canada House spreads out somewhat like a single-family home, with Concord noting that their aim was "creating a greater sense of volume and scale than a conventional condo."

The suite's main living space blends with a kitchen offering a premium Miele appliance package, including the refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop, hood fan, and convection oven, as well as the suite's washer and dryer.

But the real showpiece is outside, where the suite boasts an additional 282 square feet of outdoor living space with outrageous panoramic views.

Now, I can admit, there are going to be many days where a 65th-floor condo is basically unusable with Toronto weather, even with Canada House's built-in balcony heating.

That said, if you can manage some off-days where the wind is just too much, those warm summer nights with an open dome at the Rogers Centre might make it all worth the hassle.

Concord Adex explains that "the outdoor space can almost feel like another living room, providing space for lounging, dining, entertaining and enjoying the city views."

The average single-family house price in the City of Toronto sits at $1,010,836 as of July 2026, which won't necessarily translate to luxury.

While this two-storey condo isn't exactly cheaper than your average house in Toronto, the $1.28-million price tag and unparalleled views certainly make it one to consider for anyone on the hunt for something special.
