This is what a $22 million mansion looks like in Toronto

This house has been featured on the most expensive mansions in Toronto lists in several places, including blogTO.

The mansion is described as "palatial" with manicured gardens, and the world's finest imported fixtures.

The foyer with heated stone slab floors.

Unfortunately, there aren't many photos of the property out of respect for the "imminent owner's privacy" and "uniqueness of the designs and theme", according to the realtor.

The gourmet, chef-inspired kitchen with custom-designed and crafted floor-to-ceiling cabinetry.

But of what we can see of the five-bedroom, nine-bathroom house is beautiful.

The breakfast area, open in design to the kitchen, features imported Spanish hardwood floor, crown molding, pot lights, and a picture window outfitted with custom drapery overlooking the rear gardens.

The clean lines, the modern design and open concept layout all work together to create dramatic interiors.

There's undoubtedly plenty of character and high-end details throughout.

The library with custom-designed, and crafted mahogany shelving.

For example, this is how realtor Barry Cohen describes the two-storey gallery:

"The Gallery features heated imported Italian large slab porcelain floor, soaring cathedral ceiling with a skylight and decorative lens, art niches, crown molding, pot lights, and an offside suspended walnut staircase with a custom art deco wood railing and a custom brushed nickel plated handrail."

The piano bar features soaring ceilings, imported Spanish hardwood floor, coffered ceiling, pot lights, built-in speakers, a picture window, and a gas fireplace with a textured porcelain mantle.

This place also comes with a "Cineplex-like" home theatre, a piano bar, a Four Seasons inspired spa and a wine cellar. There are also indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a seven-car garage.

The 45-foot long Betz saltwater swimming pool and hot tub.

The pool area is very LA-inspired with a large 40-foot long Cabana and outdoor living room area.

The primary bedroom ensuite with a seamless glass shower complete with a marble bench, body jets, three rain shower heads, a steam unit, handheld faucet, and a French drain.

It's now listed for $21,950,000, which fun fact, it's actually about $2 million more expensive than when it was first listed in 2020.
