Massive Hello Kitty pop-up coming to Toronto for the first time ever

Sanrio fans are in for a huge surprise! MINISO's first-ever Hello Kitty and Friends pop-up in Canada is coming to Scarborough this month.

Though you may feel inclined to run to the east end, there's no need. Fans can enjoy the exclusive pop-up from April 25 to May 24, 2026, inside Scarborough Town Centre.

What to expect

In an Instagram post shared just last week, MINISO dropped details as to what fans can expect to find at the event.

You'll get the chance to shop over 500 Hello Kitty and Friends products, including an exclusive surprise. The Racing Club Vinyl Plush Pendant Surprise Box is an exclusive launch that can only be found at the Canadian pop-up.

"Step into a world of cuteness with your favourite Sanrio friends — don’t miss out on exclusive finds," shared MINISO in a post.

In addition to all these must-buy goodies, Hello Kitty and Cinnamoroll will be there for a meet-and-greet. So get your picture taken and go home with some lovely Hello Kitty finds.

If you want to take it one step further and stay up to date with the upcoming pop-up, you can join the MINISO group Discord.

For it being a first for the brand in Canada, you can expect this to be a busy one. So that means lineups.

After all, Toronto loves a good lineup.
