Toronto is getting a free music and food festival for Canada Day weekend

Gear up for a free music and food festival this Canada Day Weekend!

Toronto's rock station, Q107, is organizing a two-day festival on June 30 and July 1 at Woodbine Park featuring free concerts, food trucks and fireworks.

The fireworks display to celebrate Canada Day will be visible from Ashbridges Bay.

If you're attending the festival, you'll get a chance to watch tribute performances to some of the most popular bands of all time such as Queen, Pearl Jam, and U2 among others for free.

Note that you will need to purchase food at the food trucks.

The festival will also feature a beer garden along with special arts and crafts for children at the Kids Zone.

For more information on the festival and the performances for the weekend, check out Q107's Canada Day website.
